Shrad is Wagepoint’s long-suffering CEO. It’s only a partial joke given the intensity of payroll where you have to get everything right — all the time. He’s come to learn that leadership throws you curveballs, even when you think you've mastered all the calls. In his free time, Shrad contemplates how he found himself in this position. 😂
